During the approach phase, we help our clients focus on effective accumulation of assets and protection of income sources. Transitioning into retirement creates tremendous anxiety for most people. As they prepare to leave their work behind, we provide guidance through the important decisions regarding Social Security, pensions, alignment of resources, and portfolio allocation changes that will help provide income for the rest of their lives. Finally, living in retirement, is when we address the six big risks of retirement planning: longevity, market risk, inflation & taxes, health care, long-term care, and legacy.
