Brandon Spinneweber

Brandon Spinneweber grew up in a small town just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has always had an interest in finance. After spending more than nine years in the automotive business, he decided it was time for a change and moved on to open his Financial Planning Practice in 2020.

With the help of his team, he collaborates with Aviation Professionals and their families to develop comprehensive financial plans that help enable them to focus on the people and causes they love most. He prides himself on providing unparalleled customer service and a high attention to detail.

Brandon and his fiancé Valentina live in Orlando, Florida. When they are not in the office, they love to travel, indulge in great food, and spend time with family. Brandon also enjoys watching anything Pittsburgh Sports!

Valentina graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Clinical Psychology in 2020. She has been in the financial services industry for five years, joining Fairway in the summer of 2024. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Valentina has established herself as an invaluable member of the team. From communication with current clients to investment operations, she is qualified to do it all. Valentina was born in Venezuela and moved to Central Florida at the age of 15, where she has been ever since. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and rooting for FC Bayern Munich.

Leslie Spinneweber joined the team in January of 2022 as an assistant financial representative.  She currently constructs financial plans for our clients. Leslie lives north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in a small town called Butler.  She graduated from Slippery Rock University in 1995 with a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and a minor in Biology.  She and her husband, Dave have also had their own business in the auto industry for over 35 years.  When she is not working in either of these capacities, she enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, landscaping, and spending time at her vacation home in Florida.

As an aspiring financial advisor, Kailey is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through personalized and strategic planning. With a strong foundation in financial principles and a commitment to ongoing education, Kailey aims to provide expert advice on savings, investments, and wealth management. 

As a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed a passion for investments and have successfully led a wealth management planning team. Our team services over 30 financial advisors and helps them grow their investment business by providing suitable recommendations while ensuring compliance. Additionally, we assist advisors with their operations and investment business needs. With my expertise and dedication to helping others succeed, I am committed to delivering exceptional results and driving growth for my clients.

With over 25 years in the industry, Don enjoys helping his clients make informed decisions toward their goals. He serves as the team's Agency Director of Investment and Planning, responsible for asset allocation, portfolio analysis, and market commentary. He also assists with the overall monitoring and evaluation of securities.

Don attended the College of William and Mary, receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Russian Studies. While at college, he played Varsity Baseball and Football. Prior to his career with Northwestern Mutual, he began his career at Charles Schwab and has spent the last 20 years helping financial service firms become more efficient and get back to the basics of helping deliver value to their clients.

Don is married to his wife Kerri and enjoys playing golf, and is an avid classic rock guitar player.
