Archie Andah

Archie has called Florida home for most of his life. His parents, Eddie and Aba, were immigrants from Ghana and raised Archie to be compassionate, dependable and keep a strong work ethic – values he has worked to integrate into his practice.

Though very active in Sports, Archie developed a unique interest in the visual and performing arts. As a Thespian, his defining role was as Captain von Trapp in a production of The Sound of Music. Being avid about architecture, Archie also enjoys creating custom home floor plans (and watching a lot of HGTV)!

When Archie isn’t servicing clients, he likes to spend time with loved ones and support his favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys, Orlando Magic, Arsenal Football & Florida State Seminole sports. Him and his wife, Sarah, who both attended FSU, welcomed their first child, James, into the world in December of 2022. Both grew up in Bradfordville – Central Florida area and claim to be able to sing any Disney song on command.

Sarah is a Florida-native from Haines City. She moved to Tallahassee to attend the Florida State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumental Music Education. After teaching for a year, she joined Archie’s team as a Director of Operations and in 2020.

When she isn't working, you can find Sarah playing the french horn in the community ensemble, Tallahassee Winds, and playing keyboard in a local rock band called Purple. Sarah loves playing board games, spending time with friends and family, and going on walks with Bella, the family dog.

Matthew was raised in Perry, FL. He moved to Tallahassee in 2021 to pursue his degree in Management & Marketing at Florida State University. During his time at Florida State, he worked as an intern in the internship program in the Tallahassee office. After graduating, he became a financial representative, then transitioned to Director of Marketing & Business Operations under Archie.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys different types of fitness, reading, and learning more about historical and marketing related topics. 

Hope Kusan Battista is the Associate Financial Representative for Archie Andah. Hope has worked at Northwestern Mutual for over three and half years, working under some of the leading financial professionals in the industry. She provides vast knowledge and aptitude in wealth management aiding in our members’ future growth and personal experience.

Hope grew up in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University. Majoring in Communications New Media & Technology and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

At a young age, Hope learned the emphasis and the power behind her name. The embodiment of empowering others to create, believe, and sustain a positive future. This has created her passion to help others reach financial goals, personal growth, and connect with those around her.

Outside of work, Hope loves spending time with her husband (J.D.) & baby girl (Simone). Together as a family they love to travel, hike and explore new places.
