With a solid track record in the hospitality industry, Raketa Webb's career path included positions at Chicago's top-tier restaurants and boutique hotels. From cocktail serving and bartending to private dining sales,  she was in a role as a Sales Manager when the pandemic hit and the industry shut down.

The silver lining in the cloud – in addition to a new puppy – Raketa was drawn to a career that could provide work-life balance.
