Christy M Daly
Chief Financial Officer
Christy graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Public Affairs Journalism. After moving to Virginia she earned her Masters in Early Childhood Education and then went on to acquire her Behavior Analysis certification from Nova Southeastern University. From there she started her work with children with autism, providing private clinical therapy and consulting for the state in public schools.
As a change of gears, Christy joined Northwestern Mutual in 2011 and used her behavioral background coaching and developing new advisors.
Christy lives in Chesapeake with her husband, Andrew, two wild and sweet little girls, Ellie and Lennon, and their goldendoodle, Murphy.
Julija B Gilliam
Chief Operations Officer
Julija received her B.S. in International Business and Financial Management Minor from Old Dominion University in 2011. She started her career with Northwestern Mutual right out of college, and joined Andrew’s team in 2016
She works directly with clients throughout their financial planning process. Julija is responsible for preparation of financial plans, strategy implementation, investment and insurance operations. She is Life & Health, Series 7 & 63 licensed in the state of Virginia. She also holds Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation.
Julija was born and raised in Riga, Latvia. She has lived in Chesapeake since 2004. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, traveling and spending time outdoors with her daughter, Alyssa, and their aussiedoodle, Charlie.
