As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, Barb concentrates on assisting Andy with creating personal financial analyses, placing investment trades, and providing clients with the quality customer service they have come to expect from a Northwestern Mutual firm. Barb holds her Series 7 and 66 and has worked with Andy since September 2014. She has been in the securities industry since 1999.
Barb and her husband Norbert have two children, Nicholas and Nicole. Barb enjoys flower gardening and biking, and she looks forward to camping every summer with her husband in northern Wisconsin.

Associate Financial Representative
As an Associate Financial Representative, Jennifer assists Andy with Northwestern Mutual life and disability products, client relations, and marketing. Jennifer helps Barb as needed and works to provide clients with the quality customer service they have come to expect from Northwestern Mutual. Jennifer holds her life and disability licenses and has worked with team Cesar since November 2022. She has over ten years of experience with Northwestern Mutual.
Jennifer has three children, Zechariah, Wyatt, and Gabrielle. Jennifer enjoys walking, biking, and crafting.

Shelly joined team Cesar in 2018 and is a retired teacher. Shelly lives in Michigan with her husband, Phil. They have three daughters - Kaitlyn, Laura, and Aubrey - one son-in-law Zach and one grandson, Brooks. She loves to be outdoors and enjoys walking, biking, and kayaking.
