Andrea Parham joined our team in January, 2020 and holds her life and health insurance licenses. As Director of Insurance and Group Benefits, she coordinates and executes the implementation of financial plans specific to each client.
Andrea assists with group insurance planning and handles the maintenance of group insurance plans for businesses.
Andrea and her husband, David, have two daughters and enjoy spending time outdoors.

Cynthia Andriatandra
Director of Operations and Client Service
As our Director of Operations & Client Services, Cynthia manages the firm’s calendar, prepares applications, and handles most policy-owner service needs. She also assists our Director of Investment Operations with coordinating distributions, contributions, and customer requests.
Cynthia holds her Alabama life & health insurance licenses and Series 7 & 63 investment licenses.

Krista M Jones
Director of Investment Operations
Krista Jones has worked in the field of comprehensive financial planning since 2012. She has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and holds her Series 7 & 63 investment licenses.
As the Director of Investment Operations, Krista assists with investment transactions, distributions, contributions, and gifting.
Krista and her husband Jeremy have three children - Hallie, Jaxton, and Ava.

Taylor Walker Kean
Portfolio Advisor
Taylor Kean joined our team in February of 2024 as a Portfolio Advisor and holds his Series 7 and 66 investment licenses as well as his Alabama life & health licenses. Taylor brings experience in financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.
How can Taylor help you?
- Opening, servicing, transferring, and consolidating investment accounts of various types.
- Investment research, due diligence, and investment management.
- Provide comprehensive reviews of existing investments, including complex annuities.
- Create transition plans for concentrated investment accounts and assist with tax-loss harvesting.

Andrew is married to Carrie and they live on Monte Sano in Huntsville, AL. They have two children – Annie and Leon. Prior to living in Huntsville, they lived in Birmingham, AL where Andrew began his financial services practice.

Andrew holds Series 7 & 66 investment licenses, life and health insurance licenses, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. He specializes in several areas of finance including fee-based financial planning, wealth management, estate planning, executive benefits planning, and business planning.
