Greater Milwaukee supports Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation
Northwestern Mutual's signature philanthropic program is accelerating the search for a cure to childhood cancer. Alex's Lemonade Stand was started when a 4-year-old, Alex, wanted to hold a lemonade stand to raise money to help find a cure for all children with cancer. Since the first stand, the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation was created bearing her name. It has evolved into a national fundraising movement.
Feeding America
Greater Milwaukee volunteers at Feeding America
Beginning in 2016, the Greater Milwaukee Diversity and Inclusion Council has brought together Financial Representatives, team members and their families to partner with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin to help sort and package meals for people in need in the community.
