Ken Sinagra
CLU®, ChSNC®
Managing Director
Ken Sinagra joined Northwestern Mutual after graduating from John Carroll University in 2004. During his successful tenure as a Financial Advisor, Ken has also held various leadership positions including Field Director and Growth and Development Director. In 2021, Ken was named Managing Director of the Cranberry Office which continues to thrive under his leadership and direction. Ken has his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC) designations. Ken’s mission is to make sure people are better off financially after they’ve met than before they met. A native Pittsburgher, Ken now lives in Cranberry Township with wife Kristi and their son Carmine. Ken is an active member of the community and holds various volunteer positions, including Cranberry Township Rotary and Make A Wish Foundation. In his downtime, Ken enjoys spending time with his family, watching Pittsburgh sports and umpiring youth baseball.

Director of Business Development
Jamie Kuskil is the Director of Recruitment and Development in the Ken Sinagra District office in Cranberry Township, PA. She started as a member of the Sales Execution Team shortly after the opening of the Jamie Thomas District office in 2012 and has continued to grow personally and professional ever since. Her main goal has been helping others achieve the success they deserve. Jamie finds joy in the big and little wins of her financial advisors and loves being able to introduce new candidates to this life changing career and culture. In her role, she helps to motivate, understand, and educate everyone how to make the most of this career. She uses her sarcasm and sincerity to help keep everyone motivated towards their goals. Jamie lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, Andrew, their dog, Marley, and cat, Birdie. She is an avid reader and TV binger. You can also find her spending time with her family and friends, especially amongst good food and an even better glass of wine.

Alexandra joined the Northwestern Mutual team in the beginning of 2023 as one of our Campus Recruiters for the Downtown Pittsburgh Network office. She graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelors in Sales and Marketing. She enjoys using the Northwestern Mutual Internship to inspire young college students to kick start not only a truly life changing career, but to be inspiring and helpful individuals to their clients.Christine Calabro Shanks

Christine Calabro-Shanks serves as the Director of Recruitment and is a recent addition to the Northwestern Mutual Cranberry Team since July 2024. With experience in the recruiting and finance/insurance sector since 2019, her primary objective is to cultivate and expand Ken Sinagra’s Cranberry Township Office. She ardently advocates for this industry and aims to communicate the opportunities offered by Northwestern to college students, career changers, and other individuals in this rapidly growing field. When not engaged in talent acquisition, she enjoys creating culinary delights and indulging in Netflix series with her husband Christopher and their children, Claudya and Carmen.
