Nicholas Fiorito
Managing Director
In 2011, Nicholas started his leadership path when he was appointed District Director of Northwestern Mutual-New Orleans. As District Director, he was responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining successful financial representatives in order to grow a large, high-performance unit within the network office while continually growing an integrated personal practice. After several years of leadership and success, he was appointed Managing Director of the Ridgeland, MS office. As Managing Director, Nicholas leads the performance growth and distribution in the Ridgeland area. His focus includes recruiting and developing financial representatives, managing the office, and advising his existing and future clientele.
Chase Patrizzi
Growth and Development Director
In addition to being a Financial Advisor and Lead Advisor of P&W Financial Group, Chase has played a dual role as a Field Director for the Ridgeland Office over the last few years. In alignment with his passion for creating an impact in the lives of others, Chase has been promoted from Field Director to Growth & Development Director. In this role, Chase is able to assist in recruiting and developing new advisors and is responsible for growing a team of like-minded individuals to be successful advisors for the Ridgeland office.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University, majoring in Finance with a specialized focus on Risk Management & Insurance, followed by earning a Graduate Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Mississippi College. Elliott holds multiple licenses and certifications, including SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Life and Health Insurance, while actively working toward the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Over 2.5 years, he has excelled in constructing comprehensive financial plans and proposals for clients, managing investment portfolios, and contributing to the development of new representatives in his leadership role, making him a trusted analyst in the financial services sector dedicated to clients' secure and prosperous financial futures.

Christina Dellapenna is a versatile professional with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and nearly a year of dedicated service on Nick's team, where she fulfills key roles as the Office Manager, Insurance Coordinator, and Director of Client Relations. With 18 years of prior experience in the medical field, she brings a valuable perspective to her current role, particularly in understanding underwriting questions and medical-related requirements. Christina's career journey reflects her adaptability and commitment to excellence, and she continues to excel in her dynamic professional role.

Kristinia Dupuy has worked for Northwestern Mutual Louisiana/Mississippi for 17 years and holds the Chief Supervision Officer position for the firm. She is originally from the upstate New York but after graduating with a BA in Management from the University of New Orleans in 2006 she set up roots in Metairie, Louisiana. In her role as CSO she works closely with financial advisors & staff to ensure the best interest of our clients are put first along with the implementation, training, and oversight of policies & procedures of our company and regulatory entities.
