Our NM-Frederick office hosted a lemonade stand to support ALSF in June 2023 in downtown Frederick!
"Race for Research"
Every year, NM Mid-Atlantic participates in a 5k run/walk to raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation known as the "Race for Research." In August 2020, members of our organization hosted small fun runs across Maryland and Pennsylvania to raise funds and awareness for ALSF!
Olivia's Birthday Fundraiser for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation
In June 2020, a child of one of our Financial Advisors decided to ask for donations to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation in lieu of birthday presents! The family held a lemonade stand in their driveway and raised $150 for ALSF in one afternoon.
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is changing the lives of children with cancer by funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer. At Northwestern Mutual we are committed to giving all kids the chance to live life to the fullest by accelerating the search for a cure.
