Scott Carr

Scott Carr began his career with Northwestern Mutual as a college representative in 1984 while attending Illinois State University. After graduating with a B.S. in marketing and maintaining Top Ten Internship status during his senior year, he joined the Network full-time. In 1987, Scott was appointed Managing Director in Schaumburg, where he has built a highly successful district network office. Scott specializes in risk management, wealth accumulation and wealth preservation for entrepreneurs and successful individuals. He is committed to long-term relationships built on trust, challenge and integrity. He asks his clients and their advisors to take only those actions that he himself would take in the same situation.

Jonathan Dickinson

Rosanne Racelis

Director of Operations

Rosanne Racelis has been with The Northwestern Mutual for over 30 years. She started her career with Northwestern Mutual in 1992 at the Skokie Office and in 2007 joined the Carr District Network Office in Schaumburg. She now functions as the Director of Operations and an Associate Financial Representative assisting with recruiting, office operations and more. Rosanne resides in Buffalo Grove and is married to Keith and has two children, Kyle and Reese.

Lisa Campe

Director of New Financial Representative Support

Lisa joined Northwestern Mutual in 1990 with The McTigue Financial Group in Chicago, as an Associate Financial Representative for two established Reps over the course of 14 years. After “stepping away” for 4 ½ years to be a “stay at home Mom” she had the opportunity to “step back in” in 2008, and join The Carr District Network Office Team and work with the “New Reps” in assisting and developing them as they began their new careers. While it’s a different “venue”, it is one that has been and continues to be the most challenging and rewarding experience of all! Lisa resides in Palatine with her husband, Pat, daughter Emily, and their shepherd/Lab, Pepin.

Kriste Filipiak

Distribution Officer

Kriste has gained a tremendous amount of depth in leadership, collaboration, and execution experience throughout her career. She has been very active with the National Sales Network, and other DE&I focused associations, and brings a great deal of experience in both social media and diversity recruiting. Her educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a concentration in Public Relations, and a Minor in German, from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kriste resides in Darien, Illinois with her husband, Mike, two children, Dylan and Addyson, and her dog, Franklin. She is an avid tennis player and her children’s #1 sports fan!

Ryan Griesmeyer

Ryan has been in the Staffing and Recruitment field for 8+ years with experience ranging from Life Science to IT/Tech. She has gained a tremendous number of skills in leadership, training, implementation and execution during her time with Randstad and Google while managing multiple teams and projects. Ryan has implemented new processes and efficiencies across her time and has been recognized as “Leading by Example” throughout her career in multiple spaces. When she is not recruiting, Ryan coaches high school athletes to be the best they can be and instill values of positivity, impact, leadership and voice. She believes in leaving a lasting legacy that inspires others both professionally and personally.

Madeline Clark

As a Campus Recruiter for Northwestern Mutual Chicagoland, Maddie oversees the selection process for students who are eager to discover what a career in financial services entails. She aims to connect with driven self-starters. Maddie graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.A. in Psychology. She calls Elgin, IL home with her family and Goldendoodle, Ivy. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants.

James graduated from Nicholls State University, Thibodaux Louisiana in May 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in December 2006. He joined NM after 8 years in Educational Programs with Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. James' passion for planning comes from a belief that everyone not only needs a financial plan but deserves a plan.

Her goal is to encourage our team growth and culture with her high energy and welcoming arms. She grew up in the northwest suburbs and studied at both Carthage and Grand Canyon University. She lives in Arlington Heights and spends most of her free time serving at church, reading, running, or at a local coffee shop with family and friends.
