Jamie Delgadillo
Managing Partner
Jamie Delgadillo is the Managing Partner of Northwestern Mutual, Hawai’i. While spending over 18 years with the company, Jamie embarked on a wildly exciting mission to lead the Hawai'i office based out of downtown Honolulu. Jamie is charged with the purpose to recruit and develop a diverse team of advisors and staff at his firm. He recognizes the significance of a diverse workforce, and understands the importance of promoting equality within the workplace, understanding that diversity fosters both innovation, creativity, and a more inclusive work environment for his local team.
Jessica Katinszky
Chief of Staff
Jessica Katinszky embarked on her professional journey with Northwestern Mutual in 2016, and has made significant contributions to the firm's success. She's played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, as well as recruiting and developing both full-time and college financial representatives. Jessica now holds the esteemed position of Chief of Staff, and continues to make a lasting impact on the continued growth and success of the firm. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for Special Olympics Hawai'i, spending time with her family, and traveling abroad.
Ivy Martin
Director of Development
Prior to beginning her career with Northwestern Mutual in 2020, Ivy Martin was a former professional swimmer. She prides herself on her work ethic, determination, and accountability. She now serves as the Director of Development for our full-time financial advisors. Through her experience as an athlete, she learned highly valuable leadership skills and the importance of being goal oriented. These are qualities that she applies to every facet of her life, and she is passionate about continuing to push her limits in new environments.
Morgan Krise
Director of Operations
Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Morgan attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Morgan utilizes her dynamic experience to lead our office operations, improve processes, and onboard our newest financial advisors. In her spare time, Morgan loves spending time with her dog, exploring beaches on O'ahu, and hiking.Rory Eldredge
Chief Supervision Officer
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Rory earned his bachelors in Economics from the University of Utah, and he became a Certified Financial Planner in 2017. Rory spearheads supervision of local investment to support to our team of advisors. In his free time, Rory loves spending time with his family and dog, exploring the island, and learning more about Hawaiian culture.
Jackie Wu
Director of Recruitment
Drawing upon her extensive background as a technical recruiter, Jackie Wu seamlessly transitioned into her position as the Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual Hawai'i in 2023. Jackie grew up in Northern California, and attended college in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California where she studied Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Jackie is passionate about sharing the immense opportunity that the financial advisor career provides. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of activities including hiking, visiting the beautiful beaches of Hawai'i, and traveling.
Alisa Boonyarag
Director of Recruitment
Alisa attended St. John's University in New York City for the majority of her college career, and finished her degree at Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland where she earned a B.S. in Healthcare Management, and a minor in Business. Alisa believes strongly in the transformative potential of the financial advisor career at Northwestern Mutual, emphasizing how it not only offers a rewarding career path but also allows advisors to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients. In her free time, Alisa enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Shaylynne Matayoshi
Internship Director
Shaylynne selectively identifies talent for our top rated college financial representative internship program, and spearheads initiatives for the college team. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, concentration in Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Honey, having fun with her family, and volunteering for various organizations.
Gavin Hirokawa
Sales Execution Team Leader
Gavin graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. Gavin's experience touches various industries, but has always remained centered in its focus of client relations. Gavin’s mission is to guide financial representatives to success as they launch their planning practices, while simultaneously helping grow the local firm’s positive impact.
Luke Trimble
Growth and Development Director
Luke Trimble and his family moved to Hawai'i in 2009. Prior to launching his career as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual in 2018, Luke spent 10 years as an award-winning classical guitarist based in Honolulu. Luke shares his passion for financial planning with all his clients and largely works with growing families and small business owners. In his spare time, Luke enjoys volunteering for Special Olympics Hawai'i, spending time with family, and traveling inner island.
Taylor Nakamura
Field Director
Born and raised on the island of Maui, Taylor initially began his journey with our firm as a college financial representative. He found his calling as a financial professional being the first intern from Hawai'i to be ranked in the Top 10, and later being ranked as #1 in the company his first year transitioning to a full-time financial advisor. His extensive experience – paired with his passion and fervor to see his clients achieve financial prosperity and beyond – positions him as one of Northwestern Mutual's top financial advisors in the country. Taylor is currently ranked in Forbes's magazine and continues to strive for growth year over year
Carlos Villarreal
Field Director
Carlos grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to Honolulu, Hawai'i with his family in 2018. In his first year as full-time financial advisor, Carlos was ranked #2 in Northwestern Mutual's Bronze Category for advisors nationwide. He was also ranked #1 in the 2023 Western/Southern Region, and #2 for Northwestern Mutual's Silver Category for advisors nationwide in his 2nd year with our firm. Carlos is driven by a genuine passion for making a positive impact and is fueled with the desire to empower his clients to take control of their financial futures by providing them with the guidance and support they need to achieve long-term financial stability and success. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carlos extends his services to clients across the nation.
Mark Eusebio
Field Director
Before starting his career in 2018 as a Financial Advisor, Mark Eusebio proudly served in the esteemed US Army for over 7 years. Mark began his journey at NM as an intern, while obtaining his bachelor’s degree in finance and financial management at the University of Hawaii – West Oahu. Mark is passionate about mentoring new college financial representatives in our internship program and continues his leadership at the firm through his role as College Unit Director. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, going to the gym, and spending time with his family.
