Managing Director
A native Atlantan, Zachry is Managing Director of Northwestern Mutual-Midtown and a proven leader known for his dedication to the highest standards of client service. He has grown a holistic planning practice aiming to support the financial well-being of families and business owners. He advises clients on accumulating wealth, protecting assets and lifestyles through risk management strategies, and achieving goals through a proven financial planning process. Zachry is responsible for firm growth and talent acquisition. Northwestern Mutual-Midtown has experienced year-over-year growth since opening in 2018 and seeks high-caliber individuals who want to build their own enterprise. As a Field Director and Financial Advisor, Derrick openly shares his mission to serve and advocate for his clients. When not meeting with clients, as Field Director, he can be found in the community discussing the career opportunity with proven entrepreneurs who are looking own their own business.
Jayme Hudgins

Growth and Development Director
Jayme is a native of Vermont, but has lived in Atlanta most of her life. She attended Georgia State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Public Relations, as well as a Marketing minor. Jayme joined Northwestern Mutual after graduation and has built a career with the Goodwin, Wright office in Atlanta, Georgia and will celebrate nine years with the company in September. She recently joined an executive leadership group within her firm and became the first woman to become a Growth and Development Director in Atlanta. Jayme holds her life & health insurance licenses, along with her Series 6 & 63. She also obtained her Chartered Life Underwriter designation. Jayme is the chair of the Georgia chapter of Tomorrow’s Leaders and is actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. When she isn’t working with clients or talking about career, she enjoys spending time with her husband Randy and son, Everett. They love time at the lake and trying new recipes and craft beer!
