John Wright
CLU®, ChFC®
Managing Partner
John sets the overall office tone and direction. He brings 30 years of experience to Goodwin, Wright, which consistently ranks as a leading Northwestern Mutual financial planning firm. He’s been named one of Atlanta’s Most Admired CEOs. Company culture is ingrained with traditions and practices that foster inclusivity and diversity of thought. Mindi Sinclair
Chief Culture Officer
Mindi serves as Chief Culture Officer and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She also acts as the Chief Culture Officer and has held various leadership positions during her fourteen years with the firm. Understanding Firm associates, advisors and representatives are Northwestern Mutual's most valued assets, she stewards company culture leads corporate social responsibility efforts. Mindi is also accountable for strategic growth through recruiting and marketing and works to create an environment that fosters high levels of engagement along with continued growth and development. She plays an integral role in the adoption of generous benefit plans to ensure the overall well-being of associates resulting in unparalleled retention. She co-leads Goodwin, Wright’s active Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council whose work has played a key role in earning the firm and its leadership national acknowledgment. Mindi serves on the Board of Trustees for The Ron Clark Academy.
Taylor Bandyke
CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®
Chief Supervision Officer
Taylor Bandyke serves as Chief Supervision Officer. She graduated from the University of Virginia and holds her FINRA Series 6, 7, 9, 10, 63, & 66 registrations. Additionally, she has earned the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Since 2003, Taylor has held various roles including Associate Financial Representative, Associate Director of Network Office Supervision, Director of Operations, Director of Training and Development, and Director of Network Office Supervision. As the Professional Growth Mentor for Goodwin, Wright, Taylor encourages financial advisors to undertake designation studies. Nationally, Taylor is a member of the Compliance Field Committee and the Supervision Partnership Council, both of which are in place to help ensure the company provides best in class service.
Eddie Kropp
Chief Financial Officer
Eddie Kropp serves as Chief Financial Officer. He joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining Goodwin, Wright, Eddie spent 15 years with Stock Building Supply serving in various roles including Vice President of Manufacturing and Business Processes. Eddie graduated from Wake Forest University with a BS in Accountancy and earned his CPA early in his career while at Arthur Andersen. Eddie and his team are responsible for the day to day financial processes and overall financial health of Goodwin, Wright.
Emily Shealy Ergle
Director of Strategic Growth
As Director of Strategic Growth, Emily is a proven leader and provides strategic problem solving and practice management consulting driving career advisor productivity and engagement. She joined Goodwin, Wright in 2007 in an operations capacity and quickly discovered a passion for supporting advisor success. Emily has earned both her FINRA 7 and 66 registrations.
Dianne Kaseta
Director of Marketing
Charged with helping to achieve the company’s mission and vision, Dianne leads strategic marketing and supports recruiting efforts. She has over two decades of experience in brand creation, communications/PR, web design and content development, lead generation, client acquisition and retention, video production and strategic partnerships. Expertise includes project management, contract negotiations and zoning working alongside state, regional and national elected officials and planning offices. Dianne achieved the Certified Fundraising Executive certification and has a proven track record in all aspects of fund development raising tens of millions. Past roles include senior consultant for a national fundraising firm, executive of both a private and corporate foundation, Senior Construction Project Manager, National Chief Development Officer - East Africa and Haiti, and President of her own successful business driving customer acquisition, retention and growth strategies for clients.
Kevin Graham

Director of Wealth Management Services
Kevin Graham is our Director of Supervision and Technology and has 30 years of experience in the Insurance and Securities industry, holding various roles of increasing responsibility. Kevin joined our office in 2002 and he and his team have facilitated the investment training and coaching of our Advisors and their Associates. Kevin’s leadership and support have been an integral part of our growth to $12 Billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). Kevin has a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida and holds his FINRA Series 4,7,9,10,24,63,65 licenses. Kevin also holds the following designations: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

The exceptional team Sam has built around him encompass his philosophy to provide a comprehensive and consultative approach to planning.
Wade Weldon

Growth and Development Director
I am an Atlanta native and have lived in the area my entire life. After attending Greater Atlanta Christian for high school, I went on to play basketball at Oglethorpe University. In 2010, I married my high school sweetheart, Kathleen. We now reside in Brookhaven, Georgia with our two children, Elise and Brooks. As a former collegiate athlete, I continue to enjoy a variety of physical activities and do my best to stay active in the community. I have competed in numerous sporting events on both a local and national scale including: CrossFit, Ironman, Ironman 70.3, Marathon, and Spartan Races. In our spare time, our family has a passion for travel, and we love the outdoors.
