Jesse Bouchard

Managing Director

Jesse is the Managing Director of Northwestern Mutual in Fort Myers, FL. He is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University. Jesse started his career with Northwestern Mutual as a college intern in 2007. Since then, Jesse has held the positions of Financial Representative, College Unit Director, Field Director, Director of Development, and Chief Development Officer, before taking on the role of Managing Director in 2023. On February 1, 2023 Jesse opened a new Northwestern Mutual office in Naples, Florida! Jesse is proud to serve the community in Fort Myers, Naples, and all of southwest Florida.

Mary Schneider

Office Manager

Mary has been with Northwestern Mutual since the late 1980s, joining our company right after college. Mary has worked for Northwestern Mutual in Michigan, as well as Ft Myers, Florida! Mary is our Office Manager and helps new financial representatives in their development and training of building their business. Mary has three children, and enjoys watching her son play football, hanging out with family and friends, and enjoys the beach and local concerts.

Anna Beach

Director of Training and Development

Anna joined Northwestern Mutual in 2014 from the world of banking. Anna enjoys developing and training all the new financial representatives and helping them achieve their business goals. Anna is Ukrainian born. She is married to a local builder and has 3 children who are all athletes. Anna enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, giving back to community, and sitting on one of our many beautiful beaches in southwest Florida with a good book.

Wesley Davis

Wes Davis started his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2012 as a college intern from Florida Gulf Coast University. Wes has worked in our Fort Myers, Boca Raton, North Miami, and most recently our new Naples office. Wes has a passion for serving his clients, while developing a team of new advisors to positively impact the community in southwest Florida. Wes is married to his wife Miranda.

Andrew LaForce

Growth and Development Director

Andrew Laforce joined Northwestern Mutual as a career changer in 2010 and has an amazing career. He currently is a Financial Advisor and a Field Director. Andrew is married to Lauren, they have two boys and loves hanging out with their family and friends. Andrew is originally from upstate New York and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Andrew loves what he does for a living, serving clients out of our Ft Myers office!

Chad Luttrell

Field Director

Chad is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a graduate of Marquette University! Chad joined Northwestern Mutual in 2016. A lot of financial advisors focus on income. I’m more interested in your outcome. As a married father of two young adults and a former business owner, there is a strong chance I can relate to the challenges you face protecting your family, saving for retirement or preparing for your children’s college education. Gardel Espinal

College Unit Director

Gardel is a graduate of the University of Buffalo, and moved to Southwest Florida in 2022. Gardel plays a pivotal role in the growth of our firm, and gives back by supporting our college unit in Ft Myers. He is married and has two beautiful children.

Kelly Wright

Operations Associate

Kelly joined our team in 2015 and runs the front office for our Fort Myers office, along with under 5-year rep and networking facilitation. Kelly has four children, and loves living in SW Florida.
