Growth and Development Director

Gilberto was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and has lived in Arkansas since age three. Today, he appreciates the opportunity we all have in this amazing country to realize our goals and dreams, having since become a U.S. Citizen. He and his wife, Alli, met in high school. They dated through college at the University of Central Arkansas and married after graduation. Faith and family are the most important things to Gilberto. Today, he donates to his alma mater and is a big fan of all UCA sports. He played all four years of eligibility as an offensive lineman for UCA, earning First Team All-Conference and being part of the Southland Conference Championship team. In his free time, he enjoys duck hunting, sports, and spending time with loved ones. Gilberto is also a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Knights of Columbus, Conway Chamber of Commerce, and Morrilton Chamber of Commerce and volunteers as a mentor at Deliver Hope. He also serves on the Purple Circle Board of Directors.

College Unit Director

Raised in a military family Jason was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and grew up mostly in Columbus, Georgia and Raeford, North Carolina. He graduated from Hoke County High School and soon after enlisted in the world’s greatest Air Force. Over the span of his 23-year career, Jason had assignments in North Dakota, Guam, Arkansas, Japan, and California. After retiring from the Air Force Jason began his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2022. He has a passion for helping people plan for their future and believes everyone deserves to have a financial plan. When he’s not working, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Megan their daughter Lilyana and son Miles.

Director of Operations & Development

Brett was born and raised in Rosebud, Arkansas. After graduating from Rosebud High School, he moved to Conway to continue his education at the University of Central Arkansas. He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Brett started at Garcia Wealth Management in 2018 and since then he has had several intricate roles in the company. He currently serves as our Director of Business Development. He lives in Conway with his wife Hannah and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Molly started her career at Garcia Wealth Management as a Financial Representative after graduating from Southern Arkansas University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Finance. Molly is committed to her clients and their success. She is passionate about educating young females on financial literacy, allowing her client's financial freedom, and making sure everyone has the proper risk management pieces to take care of their families. Molly is a native of Monticello, Arkansas where she loves to spend time with her family. Outside of work, Molly loves spending time with her husband, Ivan, and their golden retriever, Indy. Exploring Central Arkansas and learning to golf are a few of her favorite hobbies.

Business Development

Demi March was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas, and wanted a career path that would provide the opportunity for the “4 I’s” which are income, independence, impact, and improvement. After becoming a Northwestern Mutual intern, she converted to a full-time representative in northwest Arkansas where she also began leading the internship program. Demi is now the Business Development Officer for central Arkansas. Demi is passionate about networking and sharing about the Northwestern Mutual internship program and full-time career opportunities with the community. Outside of work, Demi enjoys working on her side business with her fiancé, raising her Siberian husky, spending time with loved ones, praising the Lord, and exploring new hobbies.
