Scott Fischer is an instrumental part of the Northwestern Mutual family, wearing two hats as both a Financial Advisor and a Growth Development Director.

Having worked within the organization since 2007, he provides exceptional service to his clients while building their next wave of financial representatives.

While at times it can certainly be hectic, working two demanding roles within the organization, Scott loves what he does.

As a Growth and Development Director, Scott loves helping young representatives reach their full potential, while also building something that is bigger than himself and his own practice.

And, as a Financial Advisor, Scott is passionate about working with his clients on building brighter financial futures, getting to know them on a deeper level and cultivating long-lasting friendships and working relationships.
