You have a partner that will help establish a clear vision for your future, and the steps to get there.  Bob lives in Dubuque with his wife Crystal and three children Morgan (Jared McGovern), Derek, and Mackenzie.  He enjoys fishing on the Mississippi River, sporting events (Professional / UCLA volleyball), and spending time with his family and grandchildren.  Bob is an active member of the St. Anthony’s Catholic Community, the Dubuque Noon Lions Club, and Special Spaces.

Cindi has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2011 and is Bob’s go-to-gal for clients.  She is an exceptional resource for insurance and investments questions.  Cindi graduated from Luther College and has lived in Dubuque most of her life.  She and her husband Eric have 3 children, Cameron, Jackson, and Clarissa.  Cindi enjoys spending time with her children (attending numerous soccer games and dance competitions), exercising, and volunteering.  She is an active volunteer in the Resurrection parish and Holy Family Catholic Schools community.  Cindi puts her whole heart into whatever she does, be it helping with what her kids are involved in or assisting clients with their needs.  Her positive attitude and enthusiasm to help others make her a valued member of Bob’s team.

Lynn has worked at Northwestern Mutual since 1984.  Her extensive knowledge of the company products makes her a valuable resource for clients.  She has a Bachelor of Business of Administration degree from the University of Dubuque. Lynn and her husband, Craig, have three grown children, Lisa, Ty, and Stacey. In her free time, she enjoys trying out new recipes and gardening. She is a master gardener and a member of the Dubuque Noon Lions Club.
