In his role as Managing Director he mentors and develops the Financial Advisors in the district to help them build successful practices in order to better serve their clients. As CEO of KFG, much of his time is spent working with business owners, helping them implement formative solutions with benefits to attract and retain great employees.
Nicholas Suing serves as the Planning Manager for KFG and has been working with Northwestern Mutual for four and a half years. Alyssa Prokupek is an Associate Financial Representative for KFG and has been with Northwestern Mutual for three years. Ashley Penne is the Project Manager for KFG and has been with Northwestern Mutual for one year.

For the Karges district office, giving people sound financial advice and helping families through financial planning is just one part of with the team does. The Great Plains team takes pride in supporting the fight against childhood cancer.
With the support of a local Columbus family, the Hudnalls, this year the group aspires to reach a goal of $15,000 for Alex's Lemonade Stand. The NM team has combined forces with the Hudnall girls, Madeline and Lillian. The girls have been raising money for childhood cancer through lemonade stands for 12 years. Over the years, the girls have raised over $72,000; and with the help from Karges' team, the girls were able to raise over $15,000 just last year.
Northwestern Mutual Nebraska has spent over 5,000 hours volunteering and has raised more than $1,000,000 toward childhood cancer programs since 2016. Northwestern Mutual - Nebraska's mission to end childhood cancer spans to supporting the following local and national childhood cancer organizations:
