Physical and financial fitness go hand in hand!
About Me
I have an amazing family that stays actively involved in our local community. Every Saturday, rain or shine, I help lead a non – competitive running group in various locations throughout Jacksonville. As an avid runner, I strongly believe physical and financial fitness go hand in hand.
My husband Ken is a retired Navy Veteran business owner. You’ll often see us around town with our “second child,” Cash the goofy Goldendoodle since my “first child” is no longer a child, living her best life in NYC, completing her Masters degree at Columbia University.
Jacksonville has been home to my family for over 30 years – My parents live here, as do my siblings! It’s a great town to raise a family and I feel blessed to be a part of this wonderful community.

Lending a hand in my community.
Financial winners don't run sprints, they run marathons. They don't rush. They do it step by step over time. I firmly believe in taking things step by step, steadily and patiently, both in my financial pursuits and my passion for long-distance running. I'm Michelle, and being an avid "slow & steady" long distance runner has become an integral part of my life, shaping my involvement in the community around physical and financial fitness.
As a Galloway Group leader in Jacksonville, I inspire new runners and raise funds for causes I care about. Each year, I run the Jacksonville USO Half Marathon for Homes For Our Troops and The Donna Foundation. Recently, I completed the NYC marathon, raising funds for childhood cancer research with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
One step at a time, I'm committed to progress in both running and finances.
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF) ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
