John Fay

John Fay attended Georgia Tech from 1996 to 2001 and graduated with a degree in civil engineering. His wife, Cameron, and John attended Georgia Tech together. They live in Decatur and are proud parents of four children: three young girls (Camden, Holland and Eden) and a boy (Ericson).

John's family is involved in the Decatur and Winona Park communities, along with soccer and ballet for his girls. Every year they look forward to spending time with family in Bar Harbor, Maine and Savannah, Georgia.

In 2010, after a 14 year career as an estimator and project manager in commercial construction, Northwestern Mutual Goodwin Wright gave me the opportunity to start my own financial security planning practice in Atlanta.

My purpose is to deliver comprehensive financial security planning to families and business owners through conversation and education.  Financial security addresses the near and long-term risks to your family, business and retirement goals.  I separate my practice from others in the industry by solving problems, addressing my clients' concerns, and by building customized plans that adjust as your life changes over time.  Conversations with my clients typically revolve around life insurance planning, protecting your income with disability insurance, and building strategies for college and retirement expenses.
