About Me
I was born and raised in Rolla, ND. After high school I attended Valley City State University, where I was a member of the football team and met some amazing people with whom I'm still very close 20 years later. VCSU will always hold a special place in my heart.
Shortly after completing school at VCSU, I moved to Grand Forks and attended the University of North Dakota. It was at UND where I met my wife, Cara. Cara is originally from Australia and we have made Grand Forks our home. We have two children, Sullivan & Quinn, who keep our lives entertaining and very busy! We love raising a young family in Grand Forks; we appreciate the sense of community, family-friendly atmosphere, and all the local events that the greater Grand Forks area has to offer.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, golfing, traveling, cooking, and watching my favorite sports teams: the Minnesota Vikings, Ohio State Buckeyes, and the University of North Dakota.

Grand Forks Marathon
I am privileged to have been one of the original committee members for the Grand Forks Wild Hog Marathon, with the first race held in September 2012. Since then the race has grown from a half to a full marathon and hosts runners from all over the globe. More information on this amazing community event can be found by clicking on the link below.
VCSU Oarsmen Club
The Oarsmen Club was established in 2004 to help financially assist the VCSU football team. I have a tremendous amount of gratitude for this program.
