Personal

I started with Northwestern Mutual in 2019 as a Financial Representative out of college. As a student athlete, I completed my studies at Maryville University of St. Louis while playing on the baseball team.

I quickly became aware and excited about the impact I can make in my community as well as across the nation within my financial practice.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy being active and competitive in a wide array of different activities ranging from kick boxing, slow pitch softball, golfing, cornhole and cards!

Professional

From a young age, I had an affinity for two things: numbers and people. I've always known that I wanted to be an entrepreneur and run my own business and Northwestern Mutual gave me the ideal opportunity to do so.

I joined Northwestern Mutual in 2019 and run my national practice out of St. Louis, Missouri. I specialize in providing strategic and comprehensive advice to help clients meet their financial goals. I often collaborate with fellow advisors to educate clients on wealth management strategies and solutions.

As a College Unit Director, I help develop and coach students who go through our internship program. I am responsible for building a productive until of college financial representatives while continuing to grow my own practice. During the internship these students get real world experience of what it means to be a Financial Representative. They are not off getting coffee and making copies, they are meeting with clients and learning how to build effective and strong financial plans. That's a huge reason why this is continuously ranked a Top Internship in the country. It’s a great privilege getting to help these students learn, grow, and develop throughout their internship. Lending a hand in my community.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:

Team Alec Forever Foundation

Team Alec Forever Foundation provides financial assistance to families going through the loss of a child with cancer. Daniel was introduced to Alec while playing baseball at Maryville University. Although Alec passed away in 2019 from osteosarcoma, Daniel still loves supporting this amazing cause and helping them reach their goal of a world without childhood cancer.

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours. Daniel has been a supporter for multiple events benefitting this amazing cause!

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.

When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.

Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.

It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
