Alex has been in the financial services industry for 19 years, assisting both business and personal clients. Starting his career as a bank teller in Baltimore, Maryland, he eventually became a Commercial Lender working with business clients of all sizes. Alex has served on many non-profit boards during his career, including YOUR Community Center and The Training Source. He has also taken the time to serve as a volunteer providing financial literacy at such organizations as Operation Hope and provided business training at the Metropolitan Business League. Alex’s career has taken a new turn into financial planning - establishing a financial planning practice with Northwestern Mutual. “The pandemic has become a driver in many people paying closer attention to their financial goals and stability. I’m helping them develop and achieve personal and financial goals through risk management, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning. It is my promise to make myself available to everyone, especially those most marginalized by our society.”

Alex is married to his wife Chernavia, a business owner and Mental Health Clinician. They believe in achieving your dreams through financial, mental, and spiritual growth.
